Evaluation System Continuous assessment Non-continuous evaluation * Description
Final test 50.00% 50.00% The final exam consists of three parts: a question on concepts, the development of a topic, to choose between two, and the resolution of a practical case.
Practicum and practical activities reports assessment 25.00% 25.00% All the practical work carried out in class during the four-month period, as well as the reports and assignments corresponding to them, must be handed in as a final report.

Total: 100.00% 100.00%
According to art. 4 of the UCLM Student Evaluation Regulations, it must be provided to students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face training activities the passing of the subject, having the right (art. 12.2) to be globally graded, in 2 annual calls per subject , an ordinary and an extraordinary one (evaluating 100% of the competences).

Evaluation criteria for the final exam:
  • Continuous assessment:
In order to be eligible for the evaluation of the rest of the activities foreseen in the evaluation system, the student must obtain at least 2 points out of a total of 5 points in the final exam (40%). If the student obtains more than 2 points in the exam, but the rest of the activities do not allow him/her to pass, only those activities will be improved in the extraordinary exam.
  • Non-continuous evaluation:
Non-continuous assessment students must take the exam, hand in the internship report and carry out an alternative activity to the fieldwork field trip. This activity consists of a review of a monograph agreed with the lecturer. In any case, the student must obtain 2 points out of 5 in the exam in order to be eligible to have the mark for the practical and the mark for the review added together. Therefore, the evaluation percentages would be as follows: Final exam (50%); Practicals (25%); Review (25%).

Specifications for the resit/retake exam:
Students in the retake exam must, in addition to sitting the exam, submit the Practical Report in order to be assessed. Students must also obtain a minimum mark of 2 points out of 5.
Specifications for the second resit / retake exam:
This would involve an examination of the contents of the subject, using handbooks of the teacher's choice.
