3. Justification in the curriculum, relation to other subjects and to the profession
This module offers basic knowledge and resources so that the future teacher can develop the Physical Education curriculum in Primary Education. The module is intended for students to understand the role of Physical Education in the current educational system and value its contributions to the integral education of the individual. This module will train the future Primary Education teacher to promote and facilitate the learning and skills of Physical Education of Primary Education children. In the module, a motivating and enriching encounter with the learning of Physical Education is favored through an eminently practical approach to its main contents. Students must not only master the contents of the module, but must also be able to program and apply them critically and reasonedly at the various curricular levels. Thus, through different types of tasks related to Physical Education, students will have to coherently manage the elements of the curriculum, prepare sample schedules, design activities, apply various teaching strategies, and use assessment instruments, among others.

Description
Fluenty manage different curricular elements, knowing their alternative use based on the chosen model and knowing how to apply the different teaching styles and techniques in Physical Education
Handle concepts about the role of Physical Education in a comprehensive education that allow their participation in the school's curricular designs. Make individual critical judgements about the first level of curricular design.
Know and apply assessment instruments appropriate to the different contents of Physical Education
Know and engage in activities related to body image and body perception, the physical health components, fundamental movement skills, sport iniciation and corporal expression
Know how to implement strategies on class control in Physical Education
Identify and understand the object of knowledge and the contribution of Physical Education to the educational and social purposes of the school
Design Physical Education lessons in diverse contexts showing positive attitudes towards this phenomenon. Solve simulated issues of disruptive behaviour in Physical Education classes
Critically compare and analyse texts on the role of the body and physical activity in different historical moments.
Solve simulated motivation issues in sports practice after school hours
