5. Objectives or Learning Outcomes
Course learning outcomes
Description
Know the stages, genres, and authors of Spanish literature.
Know how to value teaching materials from a critical standpoint and be able to develop other alternative materials to attend to the diversity of the classroom, aimed at language learning and literary education.
Know the curriculum of language and literature in the stages of 6-12 years old.
Know how to encourage reading and writing.
Know how to develop curricular contents in multilingual contexts.
Know how to detect oral and written language difficulties for ages 6-12 years old.
Know how to plan, develop and evaluate the teaching of language and literature in the stages of 6-12 years old.
Value extensive reading as part of the personal literary foundation with projection outside the academic scope.
Know how to express yourself orally and in writing correctly and appropriately in the official language.
Critically reflect on the literary contributions to the development of the student¿s communicative competence.
