5. Objectives or Learning Outcomes
Course learning outcomes
Description
Have tools for legal reasoning and in a critical and reasoned manner the adequacy of regulated instruments.
Ability to seek, identify and use applicable normative production sources and locate jurisprudence and sources of knowledge, as well as relevant legal issues based on a complex set of legally unstructured facts
Ability to understand and handle with precision the labor and commercial technical language, both written and spoken, in its academic dimension.
Familiarity with the main institutions of commercial law and labor law.
Become aware of the crucial importance of work in contemporary societies and the key importance of its legal regulation and institutional dimension with the purpose of being able to provide solutions to the problems that arise in this area, keeping in mind the gender perspective .
