It is an optional subject that aims the students to improve their knowledge of Human Resources Management from the moment of the need to incorporate new staff to the company is detected until their full integration into the Organization. It aims to provide the students with tools that are useful to him, both in his professional life as a possible personnel selection manager or trainer, as well as in the management of his own professional career, as a job seeker and worker who must also be integrated into a Organization with the highest possible competence.
