3. Justification in the curriculum, relation to other subjects and to the profession
It is an optional subject that aims the students to improve their knowledge of Human Resources Management from the moment of the need to incorporate new staff to the company is detected until their full integration into the Organization.

It aims to provide the students with tools that are useful to him, both in his professional life as a possible personnel selection manager or trainer, as well as in the management of his own professional career, as a job seeker and worker who must also be integrated into a Organization with the highest possible competence.

According to art. 4 of the UCLM Student Evaluation Regulations, it must be provided to students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face training activities the passing of the subject, having the right (art. 12.2) to be globally graded, in 2 annual calls per subject , an ordinary and an extraordinary one (evaluating 100% of the competences).

Evaluation criteria for the final exam:
  • Continuous assessment:
    Follow-up of the subject in class through the realization of problems and cases will be valued
  • Non-continuous evaluation:
    Students who do not follow the continuous evaluation will have to make up 30% of the grade in the final test.
