The subject 'Sociología de las Políticas y Sistemas de Relaciones Laborales' (Industrial Sociology) is the only subject of Module 7, "Theory and Systems of Labor Relations", of the Grado in Relaciones laborales y Recursos Humanos (Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources). Its main goal is that the students acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the political and legal frameworks in which industrial relations develop. Theories, models and changes in recent history are, along with the main actors and their respective collective strategies, the thematic issues in which this subject is developed.
