Course learning outcomes
Description
Identify the legal complexity of European and non-European systems, of the different sources of law and their operation in the different constitutional systems.
To critically evaluate the general economic context and the constitutional and European legal framework within which the democratic principle is developed in relation to public intervention in the economy and the main techniques by which this intervention takes place.
