Code Description
E04 Ability to search, identify and use legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
E05 Ability to read, interpret, analyse and write legal documents from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Course learning outcomes
Description
Understanding the process of formation and the evolution of the process of European construction, the nature, structure and areas of action of the European Union, as well as different normative categories that make up the community legal order.
Understanding the structure and functioning of the jurisdictional system of the European Union and the structure of the legal system of the contemporary International Society.
Apply the system of protection of fundamental rights, including the rights of citizenship, of the European Union.
