2. Pre-Requisites
It is recommended to have studied Private International Law and Commercial Law I and II.

 

 

3. Justification in the curriculum, relation to other subjects and to the profession
International trade law is an essential discipline for any professional who wants to dedicate himself to the private sector and the business world in a globalized economy like the one we live in today.

8. Evaluation criteria and Grading System

Assessment of problem solving and/or case studies 40.00% 0.00% Those students who attend class regularly can take a practical test in which the assimilation of the subject will be assessed. In Moodle the date of its completion will be indicated. Students who do not attend class regularly will take this test together with the theoretical test on the day set for the final exam for the subject in the academic calendar.
Final test 60.00% 100.00% Students who regularly attend class will take an exam that
it will have a weight of 60% of the final grade. So that the
final test do average with the test of "resolution
problems "will be an essential requirement to obtain
a minimum grade of 3 (out of 7) in the final test. The

problems "will perform a single final test that
It will consist of two parts: 1) theoretical test, which will have
a 60% weight in the final grade; 2) proof of
assimilation of a practical nature, which will weigh
40% in the final grade

According to art. 4 of the UCLM Student Evaluation Regulations, it must be provided to students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face training activities the passing of the subject, having the right (art. 12.2) to be globally graded, in 2 annual calls per subject , an ordinary and an extraordinary one (evaluating 100% of the competences).

Evaluation criteria for the final exam:
  • Continuous assessment:
    Those indicated in the previous table with the distinction between those who regularly attend class and those who do not.
    Through Moodle it will be indicated which students have stopped being part of the continuous assessment due to their absences.
  • Non-continuous evaluation:
    students must take the global final test

Specifications for the resit/retake exam:
The same as in the case of the ordinary evaluation
