2. Pre-Requisites
No prior requirements are established but we recommend students have completed Economic Policy I and have knowledge of macroeconomics as well as user-level office computer skills.
3. Justification in the curriculum, relation to other subjects and to the profession
The aim of the subjects in the area of economic policy is for students to acquire knowledge of the logic of the decision making process, the inclusion of the goals of economic policy in the general framework of political objectives, the use of instruments to achieve these goals and the effects of these means on the particular environment of institutions and enterprises.
The general aim is, then, for students to acquire more extensive knowledge and understanding of economic reality, the logic behind the actions of the main economic agents, so as to be able to evaluate (both quantitatively and qualitatively) the different actions of public decision makers and to identify the effect of these actions on the activity of economic agents.

According to art. 4 of the UCLM Student Evaluation Regulations, it must be provided to students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face training activities the passing of the subject, having the right (art. 12.2) to be globally graded, in 2 annual calls per subject , an ordinary and an extraordinary one (evaluating 100% of the competences).
Evaluation criteria for the final exam:

Continuous assessment:It is compulsory to obtain a minimun of 4.5 to the final assesment test in order to take into account the marks otf the restings continous assesment tests. The fact of participating in a working group and participating in the portfolio worj, means that the student has choosen the continous assesment option

Non-continuous evaluation:Exam that assess the 100% of the issues and competences. A minimun of 5 points out of 10 is necesary to pass
