Course learning outcomes
Description
Capable of evaluating human situations and collecting, ordering and analizing information, taking into acount the point of view of participants, theoretical concepts, research data, laws, institutional procedures, etc.
Capable of analyzing one's practice and identifies one's professional limitations and shortcomings and take the responsibility for constinuosly acquiring knowledge and skills
Capaple of making informed decisions taking into account the implications for the parties involved.
Able of consider risks factors, rights, cultural differences and linguistic sensitivities, responsibilities to protect vulnerable individuals and other legal obligations.
Is able to make a proper use of supervision and systemize practice.
Has gained first hand experience in Social Work in contexts where it takes place (Social Services and Care, social organizations, etc.).
Capable of contributing to promote Social Work good practice by participating in the development and analysis of the public policies implemented.
Able to develop the skills needed for establishing a positive Social Work relationship with differents types of people.
Is able to plan, implement and evaluate social intervention projects and planning a sequence of actions in a negotiate way, monitoring and evaluating its implementation.
Capable of solving relationship conficts within the professional performance framework.
Is able to account for the tasks given within a framework of multiple responsibilities (for example, before organizations, public, clients of services and other).
