According to art. 4 of the UCLM Student Evaluation Regulations, it must be provided to students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face training activities the passing of the subject, having the right (art. 12.2) to be globally graded, in 2 annual calls per subject , an ordinary and an extraordinary one (evaluating 100% of the competences).

Evaluation criteria for the final exam:
  • Continuous assessment:
    Marking:
50% of the mark by the school tutor-teacher.
50% of the mark by the tutor-lecturer of the Faculty of Education.
In both evaluations, the standardized documents prepared by the Master's Degree Commission will be followed. They will be published as annexes to the Practicum Guide.
To pass the course it will be necessary to pass both parts.
Attendance at the placement centres is compulsory.
The Practicum Guide will be published on the web page of the Faculty of Education. This guide will orientate the development and evaluation of the course.
The detection by the lecturer that an assignment, essay or similar test has not been prepared by the student will result in a numerical grade of zero (0) both in the tests and in the course in which it has been detected, regardless of the rest of the grades obtained by the student (See Article 8 of the UCLM Student Assessment Regulations).
For each of the errors made which are included in the "mistakes to avoid" list (see Moodle), 0.25 will be deducted in the corresponding activity up to a maximum of 3 points out of 10 (12 errors). If the mistake is repeated, repetitions will also be penalized.
  • Non-continuous evaluation:
As stated in the description above, to pass the course there is no other modality than school attendance.

Specifications for the resit/retake exam:
See Practicum Guide, which will be published on the Faculty of Education's website. If the Practicum performance is failed (school tutor-teacher assessment) the student will have to repeat the school placement the following year. If the student fails the written report, he/she will have to resubmit it according to the Practicum Guide.
